Mrs. Willhoit's class took on a STEM challenge of building a tower out of paper! We tested our creativity, engineering skills, and problem-solving abilities. We had limited materials—just paper and scissors—to design a tower that is both tall and stable. They did great!!

Students in Mrs. Dennison's Science classes conducted a fun experiment comparing how friction affects the distance a model car will travel.

Keep those Boosterthon pledges coming. Mrs. Bailey’s class won last night’s challenge and earned a popsicle party! Tonight’s challenge is extra recess!
Griffis is going to the High School Pep Rally tomorrow. Blackout is our theme! Everyone is encouraged to wear black Foxes gear.

Please see the attached update from Superintendent Luke Allison.

At recess, our third graders got to interact with a few of our Pre-K students! It’s so great to see our third graders become leaders and see the younger ones gain some confidence on the playground!! We love our Griffis family💚🦊

In Mrs. Wright’s and Mrs. Dawn’s Pre K we learned that “C is for Confetti and C is for Celebration.” Click on the link and enjoy our video production 🎉!
