Huge thank you to Ashley and her staff at the Shell station at I-30 and FM 1903! Our staff all took home a Hunt Brothers pizza after Open House so they wouldn't have to cook supper!

Good morning,
Our Lee Elementary and Middle School campuses are experiencing a partial power outage this morning. We are working with Oncor to restore power, but we do not yet have a timeframe for when this will occur.
School will resume with the hope of full power being restored soon. We will communicate any changes and updates to our school community. Breakfast will still be served.

Huge shout out to our amazing PTO and the brand new microwaves for our cafeteria for kids to use! If you'd like to help support the PTO you can donate to the CMIS Color Run!

Today, STEM students built paper towers designed to support the weight of a can of beans.

Congratulations to our February Staff and Student of the Month! Brixtyn Mulvihill and Mrs. Crenshaw! Y'all are awesome!

This sounds fun.....

Foxettes Parent Meeting 2/25

The geared-up foxes brought their A-game today, with teams A, B, and E all making it to the finals! Team 75135 B tied twice in the finals for first place before narrowly losing and securing the Teamwork Champion 2nd place award. The G team impressed with their interview skills and snagged the Judges' Award. Team B earned a trip to Worlds by winning the Innovate Award, while Team A secured their spot at Worlds by taking home the Create Award. All of our teams worked incredibly hard today, and their dedication truly paid off!

Great job at being servant leaders and helping your classmates out! That's UnCommon! #caughtbeinguncommon

Good morning,
Thank you for your patience as we determined school hours for today, February 19. Staff members have been driving roads and parking lots this morning. CMISD will operate on regular schedule.
If your child rides the bus, further communication will come from the transportation department.
It's chilly, but it's a great day to be a fox!

Congratulations, Geared Up Foxes! All seven teams have qualified for the state competition (Regionals)!

CMIS students Kaslee Graham and Cheyenne Cotton had an early morning competing at the San Angelo Stock Show. Their team put in some work and secured 8th place for overall team.
