Meal Accounts
Through SchoolCafé, families can do more than make instant payments to their child’s meal account. Parents can:
Set up auto-pay
View available funds 24/7

Set Up A SchoolCafé Account
Step 1: Acquire the 6-digit student ID for each student in your household. Guardian can obtain student ID numbers by contacting the campus front office.
Step 2: Visit www.schoolcafe.com/CADDOMILLSISD and follow the on-screen instructions or the account creation help guide (Spanish).
Step 3: Download the SchoolCafé app on Apple or Android.
Other Payment Methods
Payments to the meal account may also be made by cash or check at your student's cafeteria.
Checks should be payable to Caddo Mills ISD Child Nutrition and include your student’s ID number.
No temporary checks will be accepted. CMISD accepts checks with a full name, street address, home phone, secondary phone and driver’s license number.
When paying by check, you authorize the recovery of unpaid checks and the recovery of the state-allowed fee by means of electronic re-presentment. If your check is returned unpaid by the bank, checks will no longer be an acceptable form of payment for the remainder of the school year.
Low Balance Reminders
Parents of elementary and middle school students will receive low-balance email reminders.
Refunds, Transfers and Donations
If you wish to transfer money to a sibling’s account, donate funds to a student in need, or request a refund on your student’s account, please contact the Child Nutrition Department at rkelly@caddomillsisd.org.
